Since 2009, the Shropshire Chamber has been conducting quarterly surveys to allow county businesses the opportunity to voice their feedback and provide performance insight on areas such as domestic and international sales, recruitment and employment growth, as well as investment intentions and overall confidence levels.

Richard Sheehan, Chief Executive of the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce, explained: “The collected data enables us to track important trends, growth, and identify any areas of concern for businesses in Shropshire, and these are all fed into the regional and national reports, and delivered directly to the Chancellor’s desk.

“It’s vital that businesses share their views so that we can continue to gain as detailed results as possible for the British Chamber of Commerce and the wider Government. Businesses of all shapes and sizes, including non-members of the Shropshire Chamber, can participate in the survey and I’d encourage them to email [email protected] to receive a reminder for the next one.”
